The Brocktonian
| The law offices of Heiting & Irwin are housed in "The Brocktonian", a gracious antebellum mansion on Brockton Avenue in Riverside. The beautiful offices occupy spacious grounds in an embassy-like setting. |

Many of the surrounding trees date back to the early 1930's (when the mansion was originally built) or before. |

The mansion was built by the Adler family of Riverside circa 1935.
|
Surrounded by 1.8 acres of magnificent magnolias and jacaranda, avocado and citrus, the mansion serves as a community-gathering place for weddings, receptions, and fundraising events. |
| Originally built and lived in by the Adler Family, the mansion was the centerpiece of the family's extensive holding of producing orange groves. Eventually, the Adlers subdivided the surrounding groves into what is known today as "The Woods", a desirable neighborhood just west of Brockton Avenue. |

Although its configuration has changed a little, today's visitors to the mansion grounds still arrive via the sweeping driveway. |
After their children moved away, the Adlers sold the mansion to Dr. Thompson who converted the garage into his offices. |
| Eventually, the property passed into the hands of another owner, who expanded the mansion, seamlessly adding an entire wing that contained 16 offices. |

The empty foreground now houses a wing of 16 offices. |

In May of 2002, Heiting & Irwin purchased the property and refurbished it into today's warm and inviting offices enjoyed by clients and visitors alike. |
