For Referring Attorneys
Our civil litigation and serious personal injury teams have continued with great successes in representing clients. Our lawyers are widely recognized for their achievements and capabilities, including being named “Super Lawyer”, “Best in Southern California”, certified workers’ compensation specialist, member of ABOTA, and “Rising Star”. Our firm has been rated AV (“Preeminent”) by Martindale-Hubbell for well over a decade, and is a 10/10 (“superior”) by AVVO. We are also very involved with the bench and bar throughout the state.
Heiting & Irwin appreciates and thrives on referral business. Most of our clients come from referrals by other clients and from attorneys and professionals. We follow the guidelines of the State Bar and our Supreme Court in providing for and paying referral fees when requested (See CRPC 2-200). We will always refer the client back for any matter other than the specific reason for which the client was referred to us. We can adjust fees for special clients or special referrals, as well.
Heiting & Irwin has successfully litigated cases (37 plus years) involving all types of claims related to personal injury and medical malpractice, including paralysis, loss of sight and other senses, amputation, broken bones, traumatic brain injury, burn injury, wrongful death, and other tragic injuries.
Heiting & Irwin also has a certified workers’ compensation specialist attorney and an exceptional staff protecting the rights of injured workers under the workers’ compensation system.
We look forward to talking to you or to a potential client you refer, and to analyze and consult on that matter, at no charge. Once we begin representation, we take all plaintiff personal injury, wrongful death and workers’ compensation cases on a contingency basis.
With the foregoing in mind, please consider allowing Heiting & Irwin to be of service to you and to those you might refer. We will take a deep and personal interest in the successful handling of all matters and the well-being of the client(s). The referred client will be in the capable hands of compassionate and skilled litigators.
I would love to speak with you about any potential case, about our referral arrangements, or any aspects of working together to the benefits of the client(s).
Best personal regards,
HEITING & IRWIN, APLC
